PLT® Multi Restech Pneumatic Line Thrower, PLT® 75
The complete set comes with two orange rubber balls that pulls a 5mm bright yellow floating line of 90 meters. Contents: • PLT Launching unit • Launching Tube PLT 75 • 2 Projectile balls • Linebox 5mm floating line • The PLT® Solas Projectile is specially made to work with the PLT Solas Launching Unit and the PLT Solas Launching Tube. It has 250 meters of pre- installed 3,2mm Nylon Line. The Line has a breaking strength of 2000N and the projectile and line floats. • When the line is dry and clean, the launching distance is between 230-250 meters. • Operations: • To comply with IMO SOLAS 74/96 regulations, you must have at least 4 PLT Solas Projectiles • The PLT 75 increases your safety zone for your equipment and personnel. It is commonly used in mooring, vessel to vessel and general line transfer operations. Typical shooting range with a dry and clean line of 5mm is 90 meters.
